Standard Delivery – U.S.A.

We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service to ship most orders. Oversized merchandise and large orders may be dispatched by freight carriers. Shipping fees are quoted individually for each order. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

Standard Delivery – International

Orders shipping outside the United States are normally dispatched via the U.S. Postal Service. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and payable in U.S. funds only. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are quoted individually for each order.

Returns and Exchanges

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your merchandise thoroughly. If any items are defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 14 calendar days. After this period, a 20% restocking fee will apply. A Return Authorization must be issued before any merchandise is returned.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • Return shipping costs, outside of damages or defects, are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Pending inspection, an exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed based on the item’s value.

Note: Items shipped via truck freight must be inspected at the point of delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be logged with the driver to process a claim.

Payment & Pricing

All orders must be pre-paid before shipping. Payments are accepted through PayPal or major credit cards via our website.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
